Here continues the incredible story of the Robertson Family which holds as much fascination today as it always did. This is the S.Y. Lucette, a 43' staysail schooner our home for more than half way round the world, she was shipwrecked in the pacific ocean . A Mother , Father, three children and an unsuspecting hitchhiker suddenly found themselves at the mercy of the sea with only their wits and spirit to keep them alive.

new book cover News!!   Douglas has now completed the extended versionof this epic story.It is 387 pages of adventure.'The last voyage of the Lucette' on sale through Kelvin Hughes, Amazon, and can be ordered at independant book shops.It was officially launched in January 2005 at the Boat Show in London. The family were there to sign copies.
